Not sure if the T-Mobile 1900 Mhz Refarming has officially taken place in Portland Oregon but the test results in this video shows Over 3.50MB indoors, & we live on the outskirts of portland miles outside of downtown. Great phone so far! This also means that Chinese phones with similar bands should work in portland on T-mobile network.
