Factory Reset
This video demonstrates the steps required to fully reset your Blu Studio 5.0 back to it's original factory settings. Kepp in mind that this will completely erase all of your apps, contacts, and anything else on the phone and restore it back to the state it arrived in fresh out of the box.
This method is commonly used when purchasing a used phone or if your phone has rendered itself unusable due to a virus or other malfunction.
